Another note about Friday

The best way to get back to campus at a boarding school:

I get out of the car, which is parked in front of the dorm, and the dorm parent’s apartment is right there, and the windows are open.

I open the back of the car, and a handle of jack and vodka roll out and fall, but they didn’t break. And I’m all like HUAHAHAHAHAHUAHAHAHA GUYS HOW FUNNY IS THAT I GET BACK TO SCHOOL AND ALCOHOL FALLS OUT OF THE CAR HUAUAHAHAHAHAHA THAT WOULD BE SO BAD IF I GOT CAUGHT

And then my dorm parent opens the door and is like “You’re here for the night Alex?” and I’m all like yeah

and as I’m getting back into the dorm I’m mouthing out “SHIT SHIT SHIT” to my friends and I look over and my dorm parent is still there

oh, I got free shoes!

I went to Zara on Friday to get a graduation dress, because somebody was sabotaging my plans to make a dress. While I was there I found a pair of sandals that I attempted to buy a few weeks before online but they got sold out.

So I go up to checkout, I have the shoes, a shirt, and the dress. I put them all on the counter. It comes up to a price much cheaper than what I thought it would be, but whatever. The cashier puts the shirt and dress in the bag. I noticed that she didn’t put the shoes in the bag, but they were still on the counter. I grab the shoes while making eye contact with the cashier, put them in the bag while making eye contact with the cashier, and walk out. 

So I got free shoes.
